Ear pain pillow

I wonder if I can type this while listening to a Fallout 4 video on Youtube? I don’t think I need to concentrate too hard since this isn’t an academic paper. I’m also wearing my ear phones so I don’t wake Kristi up. However, wearing ear phones can induce ear pain so I don’t want to wear my earphones for too long. I’m also propped up on some pillows and my neck is kind of bend forward and creased, which may cause phone-neck. All those things aside, I think this is a decent little set up to talk about The Original P.W.A.H and how it can treat ear pain and ear pain related conditions.

Hmmm watching Youtube makes me think that getting the perk that allows you to see the enemy’s level and weaknesses is a good idea. Although is it a good idea? Will it make the game feel more ‘gamey’? Do I want to know the level of the characters I’m fighting or will that end up being a pain and breaking the immersion? If I see that they are level 6 and are susceptible to ear damage then I could shoot them in the ear, steal all of their pillows and force them to suffer the misery that many people out there are suffering from right now. Ear pain when sleeping is no joke and to have it replicated in a game is taking fidelity to a new level. Bethesda, I salute you.

Well, now the guy that I’m watching and listening to on my ear phones is saying that he’s glad he got that perk. I guess that’s because he’s at the beginning of the game and needs all the help he can get. He’s also playing on ‘survival’ difficulty which is insanely difficult. I’ve now bumped the level up to ‘Very Hard’ and I’m going to stick with it. If I can’t progress being a certain point I’m not going to cheese the difficulty down, I’ll simply find a less difficult fight elsewhere. This way I get the most out of the game since I do feel good playing on a higher difficulty.

I’m also going to keep an eye out for items for my base. I will certainly find some pillows for the beds because all my settlers must have terribly sore necks and painful ears sleeping on such a hard bed. I don’t think there will be any pillows with a hole in the game however even if ear pain has been so faithfully modelled.

Speaking of The original P.W.A.H, I haven’t heard from Mumsintheknow Macclesfield yet. We’re looking for more local ladies to help make our pillows, http://www.thepillowwithahole.co.uk/page/howitsmade As seen in the link I just posted. I paid for the advert, but I have yet to get any interested people. I will check to see if the website owner has done any social media shout-outs because that is when people tend to see the advert for the pillows. I’ll do that now actually, or rather I will email her to find out.

These few words mark the beginning, the genesis, of the 500 words a day that I will be writing for the betterment of the pillow with a hole. To write a full website all in one go is surely a daunting task. It requires me to sit down at the computer and not only fiddle about with the website’s content creator, which in itself is not that difficult but rather fun, but also to write many thousands of words of boring content. To write about pillows, sore ears and ear pain is just not that fun, especially when I’ve been writing about such things for over a year. Mind you, work isn’t always fun and through this writing the pillow with a hole will be broadcast to a great many people, thus improving ear pain treatment around the world.
Our pillows have many guises, the most prominent of which is the trademark, ‘The Original P.W.A.H’ which has a nice ring to it and looks rather good. This stands for The Original (of course) Pillow With A Hole, which denotes its status as the first and best of its kind. For more information see here: http://www.thepillowwithahole.co.uk/
At the moment the pillows are going through a transition phase and I’m not sure how they are being received. The size of the hole has shrunk from 5 to 4 inches which should provide more support but is perhaps causing the pillow to be too puffy on the sides. Perhaps the sweet spot is 3 inches so that there is more surface area for the head and less potential for the pillow to puff up at the sides. I don’t know, we shall see. Really she should be covering this angle and should have tried it on Robert or someone first.
Much of what I write in these chapters will be similar, I should imagine. It will mention ear pain and the fact that this is the best pillow for ear pain. It is also the best pillow for sore ears which is something that I’m sure will also get numerous mentions over the coming months. I will also endeavour to use flowery language. Not because I’m massive ponce but because through such vernacular I will create more variety in my posts. More variety equals better ranking and better ranking means more people will get to know our pillows as an effective and cost effective ear pain treatment.
I should also mention that there is a website with lots of good information on it called earpainsolutions.com which will tell the reader everything they need to know about ear pain treatment and home remedies.
I think I will also write about things going on in my life. It’s a bit of a dangerous game writing too much revealing information on the internet as it will be available for the public to see. Yet, I have nothing to hide and it may be cathartic. I hear that writing about ones problems is an effective form of therapy and I do seem to be struggling with the mortality of my father and so I wouldn’t be surprised if this manifested in not just my nightly-mare but also lots of words to that effect.
OK well that’s the first 500 words done. Let’s get this uploaded to Skype.

Suits you sir. What pillow is ideal for your sleeping pattern?

Is there a worse feeling than knowing that time is waning and you'll have to get out of bed soon, but you have not even got to sleep? Surely there is not.The cause is merely in your thoughts. If you stress out about not sleeping, you will not be able to sleep. Having a time limit does not help.

So you can't sleep, what might be causing it? Apart from your personal mind, the quality and type of pillow you're utilizing is a large factor. Make sure you select a good one that suits your body because sleep is extremely essential. A healthy sleep is a wholesome individual.

What's your position?

Precisely How do you like to sleep; on your back, side or stomach?

If you are a side sleeper then you're in luck; this really is actually the ideal position to sleep in. It could help alleviate chronic circumstances like heartburn and difficulty breathing. Placing a pillow in between your legs is also a good method for side sleepers to think about.

It is not all rosy for side sleepers, however, as it may cause CNH. Discover more about CNH ear. This really is when the pressure of a conventional pillow causes friction which results in painful lesions exactly where your ear meets the surface from the pillow. A great way to prevent or manage this is through a unique pillow with a hole, pillow for cnh or side sleeper pillow with a hole. Like these ones: http://www.thepillowwithahole.co.uk/page/sidesleeperpillow

The worst method to sleep is on your front.

Next up; material.

There is so many different stuffings to select from, like memory foam and hollow-fibre. Which stuffing is most appropriate for you? Memory foam is great for people with certain allergies, nevertheless it might be a bit tough for some people.
Feathers are a fancy and expensive option with little benefit, as far as I am concerned.
Hollow-fibre stuffing is a synthetic option which, if of sufficient quality, offers great bounce and lift for your pillows while remaining hypo-allergenic.

What what do you want? A side sleeper pillow with a hole? A CNH Pillow?

The pros and cons of side sleeping

Do you sleep on your back or maybe your side? If that's the case, what are the implications?

Side sleepers.
Most individuals are side sleepers with around 63% of people stating that they sleep on his or her side, although it is difficult to gauge just how exact that number is.   There are certainly many reasons to be a side sleeper. It is recommended that pregnant women sleep on their left side because it improves their blood circulation. This is good for both the mom and the baby.

Suffers of acid reflux can benefit from side sleeping. Because of the location of the stomach as well as the effects of gravity, it's again recommended that people suffering from this condition sleep on their left side. The acid is thereby prevented from coming back up and giving you heartburn in the night.

On the other hand, there's also downsides. Side sleeping can result in what is known as Chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helicis, or CNH. This is when one’s ear rubs against the pillow excessively which results in a very sensitive lesion which can be very painful to the touch and makes sleeping impossible. That is why doctors recommend a special side sleeping pillow with a hole in the middle in order to free one’s ear from the pressure of a conventional pillow. Such pillows can be bought here: http://www.thepillowwithahole.co.uk/page/sidesleeperpillow

Also, side sleeping can lead to shoulder and neck problems and 'dead arm'. The the flow of blood is restricted and can result in pins and needles.

Sadly, not being able to wear earplugs while sleeping is yet another drawback to side sleeping. This again can be alleviated by getting a special earplug pillow. To learn more about sleeping with earplugs visit this blog.

Back Sleepers

Of people surveyed, only 13% are back sleepers. Doctors do recommend this way of sleeping, so it is a shame that so few people adopt it. It is great for the spine and neck since the back is kept straight.
There are other benefits to sleeping on your back too. If you face isn’t mushed up against your pillow then you're less likely to develop wrinkles! A boon for all image conscious women .   Back sleeping does have its own problems, however.

Sleeping on your back can cause snoring. Actually; there is such a link between the two that doctors actually recommend side sleeping as a treatment for sleep apnea. The problem is particularly serious for people that are overweight.

Additionally an important caveat has to be made regarding back sleeping. Just because it is better for the spine doesn’t mean that it is better for your overall health. Sleep quality is one of the most significant determinants of health and back sleepers do experience lower sleep quality than side sleepers.

Which is better? I sleep on my side and won't be changing that stance very soon.
